Eleven Eleven — Terms of Use

Effective date: [DATE] These Terms are an agreement between you and Flip LTD ("Eleven Eleven", "we"). By using the Eleven Eleven app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your download from the App Store; where these Terms are stricter, these Terms govern between you and us.

1. What Eleven Eleven is — and is not

Eleven Eleven is a daily companion for inspiration and entertainment. It computes numerology (Life Path, Personal Day/Month/Year and related numbers) from the name and date of birth you provide, and uses artificial intelligence to write daily alignments, replies to your messages, plans and longer readings in the voice of a guide persona you choose.

The guides are AI, not people. They will tell you so if you ask.

Nothing in the app is advice. Content is generated for reflection, motivation and fun. It is not, and must not be relied on as, medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, or professional advice of any kind, and it is not a prediction of future events. Numerology has no scientific basis as a predictor of events. Decisions about your health, treatment, money, relationships, work and safety are yours, made with the qualified professionals who know your situation.

If you are in crisis, the app is not an emergency service. Contact your local emergency number, or in the United States call or text 988.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least [13 / 16 / 18 — counsel to set by region and App Store rating] to use the app. You may use the app anonymously; you may optionally link your Apple ID to recover your data on another device. You are responsible for keeping your device and Apple ID secure. One account per person; do not use the service on behalf of someone else without their consent.

The 11:11 circle. If you join, we email you circle news, as the Privacy Policy describes. Joining is optional, nothing in the app depends on it, and you can leave at any time from any circle email or in the You tab. Sign up only with your own email address.

3. Subscriptions, trials and billing

• Free tier. The daily alignment, a limited number of guide messages per day, streaks and share cards are free.
• Premium. An optional auto-renewing subscription unlocks more guide messages each day (a daily fair-use limit applies), the Personal Year deep-dive and the Manifestation Game-Plan, as described in the app at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
• Free trial. Where offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the price shown unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal.
• Cancelling. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Deleting the app or your Eleven Eleven account does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds. Purchases are made through Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies; request refunds from Apple. [State your own goodwill refund stance if you want one in writing.]
• Changes. We may change prices or what Premium includes with notice through the App Store; changes apply from your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to harm yourself or others, to harass, to attempt to obtain the system instructions or data of other users, to reverse engineer or scrape the service, to circumvent usage limits, or in any unlawful way. We may limit, suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules or abuse the service (for example automated account creation to evade limits).

5. Your content and our content

You keep ownership of what you type into the app. You grant us a licence to store and process it to provide the service (including sending the relevant parts to our AI provider, as described in the Privacy Policy). The app, its design, names, voices, numerology content and generated text are ours or our licensors'. You may share the content generated for you (for example share cards) for personal, non-commercial use.

6. AI-generated content

Generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate despite our safety measures. We filter outputs for certain categories (for example guarantees of outcomes, blame, directive health or financial advice) but cannot guarantee that every output meets that standard. You use generated content at your own discretion.

7. Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it; AI features may be paused during provider outages or when daily usage limits are reached.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flip LTD and its officers, employees and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the app, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or [US$50] if you paid nothing). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; they apply to the extent permitted.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account in the You tab. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms. Sections 5, 6, 8, 10 and 11 survive termination.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW: counsel to set; the company is registered in the United Arab Emirates], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. [Counsel: choose venue, and whether to include arbitration and a class-action waiver with an opt-out, as common for US consumer apps.]

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Using the app after the change means you accept it.
