How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel it.

How do I get Premium back on a new phone?

Sign in to the same Apple ID, open the paywall in the app and tap Restore purchases.

How do I see my data?

In the app: the You tab, then Export my data.

How do I turn the AI off?

In the app: the You tab, then AI and your data. Nothing more goes to the AI until you turn it back on.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: the You tab, then Delete my account. It's immediate and permanent, so cancel a subscription first.

Is my guide a person?

No. Your guides are AI. Ask them and they'll tell you themselves.
